This week we have special guest Dennis Crenshaw,a man I respect very much. Dennis Crenshaw author of The Secrets of Dellschau: The Sonora Aero Club and the Airships of the 1800s - A true story www.secretsofdellschau.com While this is Dennis’ first book he has actually been writing and publishing for many years. His writing career scans 3 decades and includes researching and writing on such eclectic subjects as community news, political news, the paranormal, UFOs, conspiracy theories and even chicken farming in Alaska. His work has been published in magazines, newspapers and journals from Alaska to Florida. He has also written several forwards for others books including “Finding Lost Atlantis Inside the Hollow Earth,” a 2005 re-print of Brinsley Le Poer Trench’s best selling 1979 book “Secret of the Ages” and the soon to be re-released “Hidden World - Volume 6” by Ray Palmer and Richard S. Shaver. Due to his research and writing on the inner earth mysteries in the 1980s and 1990s he is considered an expert on the hollow earth/subterranean worlds theories and is listed either as a source or in acknowledgement of his research in every major “Hollow Earth” book written since the late 1990s. In fact his 1990s fanzine “The Hollow Earth Insider Research Report” had a subscription base in all 50 states and 35 other countries. See: www.thehollowearthinsider.com He met Pete Navarro his co-author of “The Secrets of Dellschau” in the mid-1990s and joined him in preparing Pete’s extensive research notes and finally writing the book which turned into a 14 year project. “The Secrets of Dellschau: The Sonora Aero Club and the Airships of the 1800s - A True Story” is the story of two obsessed men.Every Tuesday night at 10pm we will bring you the UFO news of the week along with special guests that come on the show.We will talk, take calls, and try to move closer to Disclosure.
This show is for Teddy..RIP Teddy Pendergrass 1950-2010 Listen in on some of the greatest oldies. Listen to interviews with Great Local & National cover bands and R&B artists. 347-884-9172
II D Extreme was an American new jack swing/urban R&B group from the early 1990s that included D'Extra Wiley, Randy Gill and Jermaine Mickey. They are known for the songs " Cry No More," "Up On The Roof" and Gap Band's cover of "Outstanding". II D Extreme stands out on its own with a sound and flair unlike any other group emerging from the surge of New Jack R&B artists in the 90’s. Sage Lee was added to the group in 1997, making the trio a quartet. II D Extreme converged onto the music scene as an unsigned group with what was later to become a history-making single they wrote and arranged, "Cry No More." Superjock Paco Lopez played the song, then still an un-mastered demo, on the air on WPGC-FM in the group’s hometown of Washington, D.C. The response to the song was epidemic with demand for airplay of the song spreading nationwide while the group was still unsigned. Their highly anticipated debut album, ”II D Extreme,” was released several months after the demo hit the airwaves and sold enough units to earn “Cry No More” the prestigious status of RIAA-certified Gold. “Cry No More” also made top 15 crossover, #1 and #3 Radio & Records charts and Billboard charts. It spent 4 weeks at #1 on BET's Video Soul countdown, 7 weeks at #1 for Jet Magazine’s top charts, garnered a Soul Train Music Awards nomination, and received an ASCAP award for best urban debut song. Back at home in D.C., II D Extreme received a Wammie award. No other single recorded by a non-labeled artist has enjoyed the unique distinction of achieving such status and acclaim since the early 1950’s.

This recording of Jeannine giving a workshop on FREEBIRTH Earth Based Midwifery is a treasure. Drawing upon stories of her own experiences as a birthing woman, midwife, and primal therapist. Her message is that birth is the primal foundation upon which our lifelong relational patterns are formed. The program is hosted by Gloria Lemay.
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE! We so have totally time traveled! Let's open some Crystal Pepsi, round up our skateboards, and crank up the tunes for this totally bitching episode of Off the Top Rope. Me and Shadow are going back to the 1990s to talk the big things about wrestling from that decade. The Monday Night Wars, the rise of ECW, the Attitude Era, the best and worst wrestlers, the best and worst matches, and the best and the worst of the rest. Taking questions and going back on old times with our listeners and people in the chat room. Remember, what you see is what you get, well tonight, what you hear is what you get.

Another sci fi experiment gone wrong in this 1950's film.. causing an eye to become huge! First it was animals, now eyes! Miss X finally got ahold of a good copy of those crazy shrews.. which look remarkably like fanged dogs.. but whatever. 1950's corny horror films tonite.
Rock and roll has its roots in blues, of course and we honor those musicians. Blues, country, bluegrass, Western swing, rhythm and blues, and other genres helped to shape rock and roll. But, did you ever seriously listen to 1950's rockabilly? The British invasion ended 1950's rockabilly's influence quickly, but many remember. Many of the early punk artists mention 1950's rockabilly as one of their influences. This ain't your bubble gum pop of the 1950's. Rockabilly was/is dangerous! We'll continue our mission of educating you all about good music! By the way, in case you weren't paying attention, this is our talk show, so no readings! If you wanna a reading, please go to Lisa's website: punkrockpsychic.com! Keep on rockin'.
We are so honored to have Miss King as our special guest. She not only was a major force in early 50s televison as a singer on the George Goeble Show but also a singer on most TV shows of the 1950s. Plus featured singer on the Academy Awards and made severel movies including being the female lead in the motion picture Abbott & Costello Meet The Mummy. Dont miss this show. Peggy has tons of backstage stories about everyone, plus all of her music. Please call in if you have a question.
New World Notes 165 - Peasant of the Dawn - Kenneth Dowst 30-minute weekly radio program for May 3, 2011. Very nice *audiocollage* by Virtual Renderings, slightly condensed by me. Its a meditation on class warfare, the ruling elites dislike of democracy, American exceptionalism, and the prescience of George Orwell, among other themes. Voices heard belong to Howard Zinn, Michael Parenti, Noam Chomsky, historian Morris Berman, and Ken Nordine (himself a master of *audiocollage*), among others worth hearing. Includes dramatic readings from Orwells "1984" and a wonderful satiric duet featuring Harry Shearer and Barack H. Obama ("Yes, We Can ... But"). Virtual Renderings *audiocollages* can be downloaded without charge from here: http://www.radio4all.net/index.php/contributor/2102 New World Notes 166 - Sick of War - Kenneth Dowst 30-minute weekly radio program for May 10, 2011. Since my birth in 1950, U.S. foreign policy seems to have consisted of war, war, empire building, and more war. Is anybody else sick of this? ... or at least feeling broke from paying for it all? (1) MICHAEL PARENTI (1990s) discusses the the functions & purposes of the American empire and why "we" invade so many countries and overthrow their governments--many of them democracies. (2) BRUCE GAGNON--famed crusader against the militarization of space & related worthy issues--discusses the U.S.s policy of Endless War and the related destruction of our (non-military) industrial base.
The Geeks go back to their childhood, as we look back in the 1990s!
On this weeks show, Kevin Sommerfield and Steve Goltz will be going over their favorite horror movies of the 1990s. Movies that s
